Personally, I&#039;m not sure the web is responsible for our loss of privacy or identity; it just accelerated what was happening anyway in the electronic age asn made it obvious.    Cameras on every bridge in London checking to see if you are odd or even, identity cards, credit cards and credit ratings, government sponsored wiretaps listening for anyone to say &#039;Obama&#039;  versus &#039;Osama&#039; (that must really have messed them all up).</description>
